Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate sales by identifying customer needs and making product recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including new products and promotions.
  • Replenish stock, receive and process merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with color matching and mixing paint, and provide excellent customer service in the service areas.
  • Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • 6 months related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively with customers and associates.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Working Conditions

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a moderate noise level. The associate may work near moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour and a flexible schedule, including weekends.
