- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve the company's sales targets and revenue goals in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic color sectors.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out new business opportunities. Understand customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure orders are dispatched from warehouse as per the committed schedule.
- Based on forecast sales history, plan inventory.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Analyse data to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as expanding into new markets, targeting new customer segments, and developing partnerships or collaborations.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets. Prepare regular sales reports and present them to President, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. Provide feedback on market needs and customer requirements.
- Prepare customer visit report for any customer visits,
- Must have completed Bachelor degree.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in the Cosmetic ingredients. Experience in selling food, pharmaceutical ingredients can be considered as 2nd& priority. Familiarity with the sales process, customer relationship management, and negotiation techniques.
- Industry Knowledge: understanding of the cosmetic , food pharmaceutical sectors, including market dynamics, customer needs, industry regulations, and competitive landscape.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and sales forecasting. Ability to identify trends, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand customer needs, build long-term relationships, and provide effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and industry events.
