Position : Sales Manager - Food Colors& Responsibilities :&
  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve the company's sales targets and revenue goals in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic color sectors.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out new business opportunities. Understand customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Ensure orders are dispatched from warehouse as per the committed schedule.
  4. Based on forecast sales history, plan inventory.
  5. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Analyse data to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  6. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as expanding into new markets, targeting new customer segments, and developing partnerships or collaborations.
  7. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets. Prepare regular sales reports and present them to President, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  8. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. Provide feedback on market needs and customer requirements.
  9. Prepare customer visit report for any customer visits,

  1. Must have completed Bachelor degree.
  2. Good knowledge of Microsoft office – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  3. Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in the Cosmetic ingredients. Experience in selling food, pharmaceutical ingredients can be considered as 2nd& priority. Familiarity with the sales process, customer relationship management, and negotiation techniques.
  4. Industry Knowledge: understanding of the cosmetic , food pharmaceutical sectors, including market dynamics, customer needs, industry regulations, and competitive landscape.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  6. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and sales forecasting. Ability to identify trends, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand customer needs, build long-term relationships, and provide effective solutions.
  8. Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and industry events.
