We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day property operations.
  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maintain optimal occupancy levels.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with leasing policies, procedures, and fair housing regulations.
  • Foster positive resident relations through exceptional customer service and timely response to inquiries and concerns.

Requirements
