CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is currently seeking Defense Travel Administrator to support the Office of Military Commissions.
Specific Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and updating user profiles in the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Creating, reviewing, and amending travel authorizations.
- Preparing travel voucher form 1351-2 for traveler’s signature.
- Preparing cross organization letter to allow travelers to use OMC line of accounting while attached to their parent command.
- Detach and receive DTS profiles for outgoing and incoming command members.
- Ensure the timely submission and execution of travel documents for each traveler post official travel.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:
- 0-10% / Minimal Travel.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Current, active Secret security clearance.
- Working knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations.
- Working knowledge of the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- 2-4 professional government working experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to use or learn SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. CeLeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1 year travel administrator experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Located within 30 miles of McLean, VA.
