Job DescriptionJob Description

Provides exceptional service to our customers by processing customer requests either in person, by phone or email. The position requires knowledge and understanding of bank regulations, process teller transactions accurately, cash handling and efficiently and the ability to promote and cross-sell the appropriate bank products to new and existing customers.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in bank operations or financial services required
  • Cash handling experience in a bank setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
