Location:

Hourly Pay:

  • $15-$17/HR (Part-Time)

Schedule:

  • Monday - Thursday 1 pm - 6:30 pm and Fridays 8 am - 2 pm, some Saturdays

What You'll Do

A typical day at MySpot is dynamic and fulfilling, requiring empathy, analytical skills, and a commitment to improving children's lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the process of interoffice referrals to schedule appointments.
  • Willingness to communicate with a team effectively and thoroughly.
  • Able to analyze data across multiple formats.
  • Ability to communicate with patients and caregivers in a manner that will promote understanding of their schedule.
  • Knowledge and use of EHR software.
  • Understanding of scheduling needs and availability.
  • Update errors with scheduling, insurance, demographics.
  • Answer phones and check voicemail specific to location.
  • Work individual task dashboard in the EMR system.
  • Work schedule for therapy and/or evals in the Wesley Chapel clinic (Mon - Friday).
  • Auth and scheduling corrections: i.e., auth for twice weekly and they're only scheduled once.
  • Obtain New patient In-take forms, contact information/packet and file/scan/upload.
  • Manage patient paperwork flow from a variety of electronic sources, such as, faxes, EMR systems, email, etc. *new referrals*.
