Key Responsibilities:

· Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness. Communicate with loan officers and applicants to gather necessary documentation and information.

· Prepare and organize loan documents, including credit agreements, promissory notes, guarantees, and other relevant paperwork. Ensure all documentation complies with Servbank’s policies and regulatory requirements.

· Maintain well-organized and up-to-date loan files, ensuring that all necessary documentation is included and properly labeled.

· Review and interpret corporate documentation to verify the authority of signers and ensure all required signatures are obtained from authorized individuals.

· Work closely with account managers, underwriters, title, escrow, and insurance agents, and other team members to facilitate the smooth and efficient processing of loan applications. Provide regular status updates and address any queries or issues that arise.

· Ensure all loan applications and processing activities comply with Servbank’s policies, federal and state regulations, and other relevant guidelines.

· Perform thorough quality control reviews of all loan documentation to identify and correct errors or omissions before submission for approval.

· Maintain effective and professional communication with applicants, providing them with regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns they may have throughout the loan processing cycle.

· Coordinate loan closings by preparing closing documents, scheduling closing appointments, and ensuring the timely disbursement of funds.

· Have an expertise in the processing of SBA 7(a) and 504 loans, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with the SBA SOP.

Requirements:


· Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial loan processing.

· Familiarity with commercial loan products, documentation, including SBA’s Etran system, and regulatory requirements.

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in loan documentation.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and applicants.

· Proficient in using loan processing software; including Fiserve, Laserpro, Docusign, and other relevant computer applications.

· High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
