We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a General Office and Sales Assistant. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent college graduate with a marketing degree to kick-start their career in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales teams and other departments, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
  • Presentation Assistance: Assist in the creation and management of presentation decks for the President.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
  • Miscellaneous Duties: Take on additional tasks as required to support the team and the companys objectives.
Qualifications:


  • Communication Skills: Must be an A+ communicator, able to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • MS Office Suite: Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Team Player: Strong ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Growth-oriented: Eager to learn, grow, and advance within the company.
  • Flexibility: Willing and able to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Education: A college degree or similar qualification is preferred, but all skill levels are welcome to apply.
