Easy Ice continues to grow and seeks a bright, highly motivated Installation Coordinator to join their team in the Denver market. The Installation Coordinator position is responsible for owning Easy Ice’s customer’s experience regarding all aspects of the installation process within a designated region including installations, equipment trades and more. This position will serve as a liaison between sales team, warehouse, field service, and Easy Ice customers. This candidate must be energetic and enthusiastic and be able to forge necessary relationships among internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the scheduling and utilization of all install activities and technicians
  • Validates with customer that all install requirements have been met prior to scheduling installs
  • Assist in confirming all Install work is completed properly and up to Easy Ice standards
  • Source equipment locally or through the Easy Ice data base
  • Proactively manage customer situations regarding timing, work effort, customer responsibilities, etc. for specific service delivery processes within fast paced situations
  • Effectively communicate with customers and internal departments through email, applications and phone
  • Build solid working relationships with all internal departments, regional Service Partners and local technicians
  • Verify with the Warehouse Manager that equipment is available prior to confirming install date
  • Uphold a high level of customer service and expectation with all customer interaction
  • Manage all active stakeholders within daily situations to successfully deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Understanding and knowledge of Salesforce, ability to maneuver within and obtain customer information
  • Obtain situational awareness through excellent questions within each customer interaction
  • Monitor the initiation of work orders with service partners through Easy Ice and Easy Ice partner’s computer systems
  • Operate, maintain, and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multitask in a faced pace environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested
  • Maintain positive office atmosphere/environment

Qualifications:

  • Associates/Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of related experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service role
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated track record of working effectively with employees in various departments of the company
  • Working knowledge of computer programs and multi-line phone systems
  • Strong command of company’s customer service policies
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
  • A desire to continually increase your knowledge of the industries we serve; and, products, services and processes our company can produce
  • Instinctive and skilled problem solver
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Team-oriented
  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
  • Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use

  • Must have sufficient visual acuity to be able to work, for prolonged periods of time, on a computer monitor
