We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at American Fence Company, Inc. as a Rental Fence Installation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the installation, removal, and repair of rental fence panels, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of installation teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that fence installations meet their specifications.
  • Inspect and test fence installations to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity, reducing costs and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including site reports and customer feedback.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in heavy construction, with a focus on fence installation and management.
  • 1+ years of experience in supervising and leading teams.
  • 1+ years of experience in driving large commercial vehicles (non-CDL).
  • Prior experience in fencing and construction is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no DUI/DWI).
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
