Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle telephone transactions for the customers with an upbeat and friendly tone.
- Answer all customer questions in a timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between customers and departments via phone, email and/or text and follow up accordingly.
- Handle outbound campaign calls as needed.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned or requested.
- Send/Receive emails
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Self Motivated
- Customer experience background.
- Strong computer skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous dealership experience a plus
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ Years Call Center Experience preferred
Do you have the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and evenings.
