Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle telephone transactions for the customers with an upbeat and friendly tone.
  • Answer all customer questions in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and departments via phone, email and/or text and follow up accordingly.
  • Handle outbound campaign calls as needed.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned or requested. 
  • Send/Receive emails


Qualifications & Job Requirements

  • Self Motivated
  • Customer experience background.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous dealership experience a plus


Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • 1+ Years Call Center Experience preferred 

Do you have the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and evenings.
