SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Marketing Department and serve as the link between customer service, products, and the Sales Team..

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor Company email mailboxes and address all inquiries.
  • Process sample requests.
  • Perform the new product and discontinued product processes.
  • Maintain all product technical data sheets.
  • Assist with promotional activities, including trade shows, special events, and marketing items.
  • Review and log Customer Scorecards.
  • Manage hotel and event bookings.
  • Review and log Call Reports from the sales team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree in business is a plus.
  • Three plus years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Display a strong, and positive work ethic with high integrity.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to multi-task and determine priorities, details, and tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
