COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST

About the Company

A growing, fast-paced distribution company is looking to add a sharp Collections Specialist to their team. Work for a company with a great environment that promotes employee growth They offer a hybrid schedule after training and monthly bonus programs

Responsibilities

• Collections by phone and email
• Research discrepancies, pull invoices, set up payment plans
• Review credit applications and credit reports, and assist with determining how much credit to extend to customers
• Other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of experience with commercial collections
• Knowledge of FDCPA laws is a plus
