Nan's Kitchen and Market is expanding

We are looking for an extremely qualified Chef/Partner for our flagship location in Stow MA. This position may grow into our companies first regional leadership position ( for the most dynamic and effective individual)

Some Stats on the job:

- Counter service, predominantly take out environment
- 100% Scratch kitchen
- Farm to table chef driven fried chicken and fresh vegetable concept
- People development experience essential, we build teams first....then menus
- Very strong administrative skills required (ie: planning, strategy, software, costs, financial etc...)
- Superior understanding of food and flavor required
- Superior training and teaching skills required
- Superior systems and organizational skills required
- Large bonus potential
- High volume experience needed
