The Big Task

You will champion sales communication with customers on unsold service invoices and leads while achieving company, and departmental sales goals. 

Key Sub Tasks

  • Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
  • Recover missed booking opportunities
  • Participate in training to continue growth and development as a professional. 
  • Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information. 
  • Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word. 

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, effectively communicating prospective services.

Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to customers, maximizing revenue potential.

Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between the Plumbing Department and clients

Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service experiences and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly

Requirements:

3+ years of consultative sales experience required

Represent our company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Communicate professionally and respectfully with internal and external customers and staff.

Participation in required staff meetings and training
