Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Community Manager to join our marketing team, working onsite at our Beverly Hills office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming and TV/Film, a deep understanding of social media, and a proven track record of building and nurturing online communities. This role will be the first point of contact between our IP, the game developers, and the fans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the voice of the brand, engaging with our community across social media, forums, discord, youtube, and other platforms.
  • Work with the creative team to develop and manage content that resonates with and engages our gaming and short form series community.
  • Gather and analyze community feedback to help shape marketing strategies and product development.
  • Organize and participate in community events, both online (Steam and Discord) and offline (meetups and conventions), to strengthen relationships with our players.
  • Track and analyze community metrics to measure engagement and inform future strategies.
  • Address and resolve any community issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in ideating and executing influencer marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, online communities, and gaming culture.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Beverly Hills.

Compensation:

Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
