Job Description

The Product Channel Merchant (PCM) establishes seasonal strategies that amplify the biggest product opportunities across every customer touchpoint, connecting product, pricing and experience. This role partners closely with merchandising, marketing, planning/promotions, site and visual to drive brand product priorities, marketing campaigns, and omni experience. The PCM is the key point of contact between global category merchants and the marketing & digital organizations, ensuring product strategies are translated to the customer to drive overall brand growth.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

What Will You Be Doing?

· Partner with marketing functions to effectively bring the assortment(s) to market and connect omni-channel product presentations across sites, apps, and stores

· Exposure to multiple areas of the organization, specifically Senior Marketing & Digital UX Leadership

· Build Product Collections & Strategies with Influencers and affiliates Talent & Team

· Close relationships with Creative Director, Stylists, and photo studio

· Something new every day- the opportunities are endless and led by individual curiosities

· Access to all customer/site data- new platforms, reporting, customer insights that you don’t have access to in traditional merchandising

· Participate in photoshoots on location & at Global Home Office

· Exposure to global teams – offices in EMEA and APAC to connect regional and global strategies for the brand

· Brand Partnerships & Events

· Be the voice of innovation and creative opportunities for the brand that push our learnings and keep us at the forefront of retail; be a source for what’s new and next for the customer journey

What Do You Need To Bring?

· Merchandising experience

· High attention to detail

· Ability to connect the dots between multiple workstreams and cross functional teams

· Ability to understand the big picture and prioritize

· Confident and well-spoken, ability to present to multiple levels of the company

· Flex influence and communication style across a broad range of functions

· Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team

· Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

· Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting

· Strategic - Possesses the ability to conceptualize and understand risks facing a business as well as the ability to create a strategy surrounding a specific opportunity. Build creative solutions and plans that meet objectives and maximize impact

· Deals comfortably with ambiguity; self-manage
