Work Arrangement: 3 days in office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote
Qualifications:
● Located within commutable distance of our NYC and/or Tarrytown, NY office.
● Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience needed.
● A strong interest in sales is essential.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
● Your work ethic is unmatched; you're eager to learn and tackle challenges with determination.
● Extremely coachable with a willingness to receive and implement feedback.
Responsibilities:
● Raises awareness and generates interest in Atlantic, Tomorrow's Office through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers.
● Schedules initial discovery calls for Account Managers.
● Meets or exceeds assigned daily activity minimums of 100 cold calls and 50 emails.
● Social sells and prospects daily, continuously identifying new accounts and potential clients.
● Manages own book of accounts and sets the strategy for effective book management.
● Provides constructive feedback on improving effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role to SDR Managers and Sales Enablement. ● Collaborates with team members to share and learn from best practices.
● Maintains records on the companies CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and keeps up to date metrics.
Compensation: The OTE for this role is $90,000.
