The Manager of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, patient acquisition, and growth for our network of dental practices. This role requires a dynamic leader who is well-versed in paid digital advertising, social media, technology stacks, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and a passion for innovation in the dental industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic digital marketing plan that aligns with the company's goals to enhance brand awareness and drive growth across all practices.
  • Support all aspects of digital marketing, including paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, optimizing spend and performance based on data-driven insights and achieving maximum ROI.
  • Spearhead the day-to-day management of digital marketing vendors across the entire network, inclusive of consolidated vendors as well as those in support of individual practices
  • Collaborate with practice managers and stakeholders to identify and prioritize marketing needs, ensuring alignment with local and regional objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others to drive patient acquisition and engagement.
  • Oversee social media strategies, including content creation, community engagement, and analytics, to build a strong online presence for each brand and location.
  • Evaluate and implement digital marketing technology stacks, ensuring integration and alignment with overall marketing and business strategies.
  • Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Performance Measures:

  • Brand Awareness: Measure increases in brand recognition and engagement through metrics such as social media reach, website traffic, and online mentions.
  • Patient Acquisition: Track the number of new patients generated through digital marketing efforts, assessing the effectiveness of campaigns and channels.
  • ROI and Efficiency: Monitor the return on investment for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring budget adherence and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conversion Rates: Evaluate the conversion rates of digital marketing campaigns, focusing on turning website visitors and leads into patients.
  • Social Media Engagement: Analyze social media performance metrics, such as likes, shares, comments, and follower growth, to assess the impact of social strategies.
  • Technology Utilization: Assess the effective use of digital marketing technologies and tools, ensuring integration and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising, social media, and technology integration.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns in a multi-location environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
