We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team at Synerfac. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest quality standards in our food production processes.
This role requires a deep understanding of food safety regulations, exceptional analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines, raw materials, and finished products
- Monitor HACCP critical control points
- Ensure all records are organized and kept up to date as per any changes
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints
- Train and mentor junior QA staff and production personnel on quality standards and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement in the production process and quality control systems
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry
Preferred Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO)
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and conducting microbiological and chemical analyses
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
