What You Will Do as Sales Manager:
  • Lead, Manage, Accountability (LMA)
  • Cascade the company’s vision and provide clear direction.
  • Remove barriers so that the company’s vision is achievable.
  • Recruit, hired, onboards, and train new employees.
  • Lead group and individual meetings and training on a weekly basis.
  • Provide expectations and hold employees accountable to meeting these expectations.

Sales Goals

What we are looking for in the Ideal Candidate:
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred and 2+ years of sales and/or management experience, or a combination of experience that illustrates a proven track record.
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and/or customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of construction principles and practices preferred.
  • Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.
  • Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials and on computer.
  • Skill in verbal (including presentation skills) and written communication.
  • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • A passion for providing top-notch customer service.
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and ability to drive for the company.
