Admissions Assistant / Liaison

Come join us at Lourdes Noreen-McKeen Residence A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1960. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents.

We are seeking to hire an Admissions Assistant.

Admissions Assistant Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with Skilled Nursing Facility - SNF admissions required.
  • Familiarity with the West Palm Beach community a plus.
  • Strength in marketing and advertising principles.

Admissions Assistant Job Summary:

  • Outreach to Hospitals, Physicians Offices, and other Referral Sources for our Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Perform Admissions Department duties, as needed, to include maintaining communication with residents, families, Nursing and Administrative staff, as well as assisting with other processing tasks.
