Nous recherchons pour le compte de la Digital Factory d'un groupe international leader dans la grande distribution un Chef de Département Data Customers.

Missions Principales :

Le Chef de département Data Clients a pour rôle de mettre en œuvre et piloter des projets de structuration de données clients Fidélité et CRM pour les analyser et dégager des enseignements utiles pour les différentes entités du groupe. Ainsi, en s'appuyant sur des modèles d'utilisation de données, des objectifs du client et la maximisation de la valeur de l'actif Client, il apporte son expertise.

Il est aussi garant de la qualité des données Fidélité et CRM, Le Chef de département doit veiller à la cohérence des données et de leur fiabilité. Il corrige les données et contrôle leur utilisation (collecte, stockage, exploitation).

  • Valorisation de la données clients Fidélité & CRM
  • Garantie de la qualité des données clients

Activités principales

✓ Apporter de l'intelligence dans la DATA clients pour augmenter la performance des actions CRM menées par les équipes Fidélité et Marketing et des autres activités dans le groupe .

  • Fournir aux équipes CRM, Marketing et autres des datas clients sous un format facilement compréhensible pour que ces mêmes équipes métiers puissent prendre des décisions et déployer des actions « data-driven »
  • Produire la Data client au format demandé par les métiers
  • Valoriser et préparer la data pour les contreparties Fournisseurs

Périmètre d'actions

En amont, dans la structuration du Plan de Collecte, la sélection, construction et paramétrage des sources de données, la mise en place des flux de données, le nettoyage, la transformation et l'unification des données. Tout ce qui concerne le design de l'architecture data au service des besoins d'analyse et du BI, eux-mêmes dépendant des besoins des utilisateurs métiers.

En aval, la production des tableaux de bord et l'analyse des insights clients à partir des données et la construction de modèles prédictifs.

✓ S'assurer de la qualité Data métiers : Coordonner avec les équipes DSI pour le contrôle et la vérification de la Data client, apporter les corrections nécessaires suite aux anomalies remontées par la DSI.

✓ Manager et encadrer des équipes Data

  • Encadrer et manager une équipe de data scientists et de qualité data afin de, ensemble, proposer les solutions les plus adéquates et fiables.

  • Maitrise d'outils DATA et analytics (4)
  • Maitrise des langages structurés et expertise en stockage de données (4)

Connaissances en Droit du Numérique et règlementation CNDP (3)
