Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation and Needs Analysis:

    • Perform comprehensive financial needs analysis, including assessing income sources, expenses, assets, liabilities, and retirement readiness.

  2. Retirement Income Planning:

    • Develop and implement retirement income strategies, including asset allocation, withdrawal strategies, and tax-efficient distribution planning.

Compensation: Compensation for a Retirement Planner typically includes a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and the size of the organization. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, commissions, health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.

Skills Required:

  • Financial Planning Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of retirement planning principles, investment strategies, and financial products.
