We are seeking a skilled Manager in Wealth Management to assist Directors in managing Family Office client service teams. This role will evolve to include leading an expanding portfolio of client relationships and overseeing daily client engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of client engagements as part of a dedicated service team.
- Collaborate with various departments within Family Office Services to create, document, and execute comprehensive wealth plans for clients, including Investment Advisory, Tax Services, and Strategic Planning.
- Identify and present proactive planning opportunities that enhance clients' overall wealth strategies.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' risk management strategies and coordinate with external vendors to establish and implement insurance solutions across various domains.
- Prepare and supervise the development of meeting materials, including agendas and investment reports.
- Draft follow-up communications post-client meetings to clarify discussions and outline actionable steps.
- Ensure timely follow-up on meetings, coordinating both internal and external resources to guarantee completion of tasks.
- Engage in proactive communication with clients and their advisors, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate actively in business development initiatives, fostering a network of referrals and engaging in prospect meetings.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of estate planning, executive compensation, income taxation, and retirement strategies.
- CPA with experience in tax compliance and planning for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals is preferred.
- Certified Financial Planner designation is desirable; candidates should be willing to pursue this certification if not already obtained.
- A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Law, or Economics, along with significant relevant experience. A graduate degree or CPA designation is highly valued.
