Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers , answering inquiries and providing accurate information about our clients products and services.
- Engage with customers and successfully execute presentations on behalf of our clients to drive new enrollment and increase sales
- Assist customers throughout the enrollment process, guiding them through necessary paperwork, procedures, and agreements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and provide them with necessary follow-up communication.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our clients services, pricing, and offerings to effectively address client questions and concerns.
- Utilize CRM software to accurately document client interactions, update information, and track progress throughout the sales cycle.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
- Contribute to achieving team and individual sales targets, while upholding the company's commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment.
