We're seeking a talented Customer Enrollment Representative to join our dynamic team at Triumph Management Group, Inc. As a key player in our customer enrollment process, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for our clients.

As an Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your communication skills and attention to detail are valued. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values diversity, innovation, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Highlight the value proposition of our products and services to drive new customer enrollment.
  • Engage with potential customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand prospective customer needs and preferences to offer suitable products or services.
  • Coordinate with other sales team members to share insights, successes, and challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to products, services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain reports on sales metrics, team performance, and other relevant data to provide regular updates to management and clients.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and self-learning.
