Job Description

We're looking for an Employee Engagement Sr. Specialist who thrives on promoting a vibrant workplace culture and excels in communication. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our internal dialogue, championing our commitment to environmental and social governance, and ensuring our Boston office is a hub of productivity and positivity. You'll collaborate closely with our People & Talent team and various departments, offering you a rich opportunity to expand your skills across multiple domains while serving as a pivotal point of contact for our valued employees. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Engagement & Events and dotted line Global Workplace Manager, the Employee will partner with the People & Talent organization and cross-functional teams to support strategic communication, project management, and operational tasks. 

Responsibilities 

Internal Communication + Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) Program Support 

  • Design and manage regular internal communications, including newsletters, company-wide announcements, and digital content to inform, motivate and align employees with Nexthink’s strategic goals. 

  • Engage in the collection and classification of data necessary for Nexthink’s annual ESG ratings and carbon footprint analysis. 

  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of content related to ESG initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders that highlight Nexthink’s ESG commitments and achievements. 

  • Support diversity, inclusion, equity & belonging (DEIB) programs and initiatives to ensure an equitable workplace environment. 

  • Coordinate monthly company-wide and special events that foster a sense of community and belonging among employees. 

  • Develop and communicate ways for Nexthinkers to use their volunteer time off, guiding the overall approach while local teams handle the specific arrangements. 

  • Design and facilitate office events that not only engage and inspire employees but also weave global cultural understanding into local activities. Collaborate with the global workplace team to enhance inclusivity and ensure a cohesive experience across office events worldwide. 

  • Coordinate monthly company-wide virtual meetings, known as Nexthink Lives, to keep employees globally connected and continuously informed about business objectives, product updates, customer success stories, and external achievements. 

Workplace Engagement 

  • Oversee the lifecycle management of the Boston Office, ensuring all operational aspects from space utilization to regulatory compliance are maintained. 

  • Act as the primary liaison for US employees, guiding their experiences from onboarding to offboarding, enhancing employee engagement and compliance with security protocols. 

  • Serve as a key representative for Boston office, facilitating interactions with employees, partners, and stakeholders. 

  • Strategically support and coordinate office refurbishment initiatives to align with organizational needs and aesthetic values. 

  • Advocate for and implement sustainable practices and eco-compliance projects, reinforcing the organization's commitment to ESG. 

  • Participate in and contribute to strategic planning and execution of global workplace initiatives aimed at optimizing the work environment across all Nexthink locations. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. 

  • Proven experience in corporate communications or related roles. 

  • Experience organizing and coordinating large-scale corporate events and meetings, both virtual and in person. 

  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Project management skills and experience. 

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and office management. 

  • The ability to work as a liaison among various teams. 

  • Ability to navigate and integrate global cultural elements into local activities. 

  • Demonstrate sensitivity to social and environmental topics to support Nexthink’s ESG/DEIB agenda.

Base salary ranges are determined by country, role, level, experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects Nexthink’s good faith determination of the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all US locations.
