Our client, an architecture design firm, is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to join their team full-time This opportunity will require 10 days on site per month (typically 2-3 days per week) at their Charlestown office.


As the Senior Communications Specialist you will be joining the Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing, to develop thoughtful content for storytelling to represent and promote their firm. Key areas of responsibility will include managing social media and PR, coordinating and art directing photo shoots, and managing their awards submissions program.


Specifically, you will:

- Develop and post social media content (written and graphic) across multiple platforms, manage a content calendar, and develop strategies to drive engagement and followers

- Develop media plan in coordination with external PR consultant

- Maintain digital library of thought leadership content - blogs, videos, podcast, etc. to be used and repurposed in various efforts

- Research and report on data analytics

- Oversee production of photography shoots that includes art direction, support, and creative problem solving

- Respond to design award competitions with compelling and customized submissions


Ideal Fit:

- 5+ years of experience in a communications or marketing content role; a background in real estate or architecture a huge plus

- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills

- Experience managing B2B social media accounts

- Nice to have: photography experience
