Your Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 8AM - 4PM
- Friday: 8AM - 2PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high volumes of patient calls with professionalism and empathy, aiming for first-call resolution
- Utilize active listening to understand patient needs and provide tailored solutions
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and troubleshoot issues efficiently to ensure patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, supportive work environment
- Utilize and master required software and tools to provide seamless service
- Participate in ongoing training to continually enhance your skills
- Adhere to company policies and escalate calls when necessary to ensure the best patient outcomes
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Skills: Exceptional telephone etiquette, strong customer service, active listening, and excellent verbal and written communication
- Technology: Proficiency with computers and CRM software
- Attributes: Ability to resolve conflicts calmly, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure
