Responsibilities
• Create comprehensive safety policies and procedures that cover all aspects of workplace safety.
• Ensure all safety protocols are clearly communicated and understood by employees at all levels.
• Regularly review and update safety policies to reflect the latest industry standards and regulations.
• Identify potential hazards and risks across various job sites and operational areas.
• Conduct thorough safety audits and inspections on a regular basis to ensure compliance.
• Recommend and implement effective solutions to mitigate identified risks and prevent workplace accidents.
• Train employees in safety procedures, protocols, and regulations, ensuring a high level of understanding and compliance.

• Participate in safety committee meetings and contribute to the development of company-wide safety initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date safety records, including incident reports, training logs, and audit findings.
• Create comprehensive safety manuals and training materials that are easily accessible to all employees.
• Ensure all safety documentation is organized and readily available for regulatory inspections.
• Write and maintain safety protocols to ensure clarity and understanding among all employees.
• Visit job sites to analyze and identify potential hazards, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive safety manuals and training classes that are tailored to specific job roles.
• Conduct regular follow-up inspections to ensure corrective actions have been implemented effectively.
• Assist in the preparation of emergency response plans and conducting drills to ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with external safety consultants and regulatory agencies as needed to enhance safety programs.
• Assist Safety Operations Managers in preparing documentation for kick-off meetings and handling paperwork prior to the commencement of projects.


This position reports directly to the Finish Safe Team Manager with dotted line responsibility to the General Manager.


Minimum Requirements
• Proficient with MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent reading and comprehension skills.
• Proficient ability to detect errors and inconsistencies.
