Your Role:

As a Project Specialist, you'll take the wheel, overseeing and managing current and future projects with precision and expertise. You'll be the linchpin that keeps everything on track, from dispatching to permitting and everything in between.

  • Lead and Oversee: Manage truck drivers assigned to your projects, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
  • Dispatch with Precision: Handle dispatching and permitting, keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Track and Report: Create and update project spreadsheets with crucial trucking data, and use Transport Pro to create loads and bill out delivered loads.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with Site Managers, Customers, and the Accounting Department to resolve issues and keep everyone in the loop.
  • Problem-Solve on the Fly: Tackle challenges head-on and come up with creative solutions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Prepare for Success: Manage pre-project checklists, allocate equipment, and handle all aspects of service moves.

Requirements: Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Dispatch Software, and Inventory Software.


Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, and use hands.
  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 100 pounds, and push/pull up to 350 pounds.
