About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fence Installation Foreman to join our team at SWI Wyoming. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of fences for our commercial and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of fence installation specialists to ensure high-quality work and efficient project completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations
  • Conduct site assessments and inspections to identify potential issues and develop solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on fence installation and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment
  • Manage and maintain company vehicles and equipment, and ensure timely completion of paperwork and administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Class A driver's license required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Previous experience as a foreman on a fence installation crew
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
