Image Orthodontics is expanding and we are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Office Managers for two of our orthodontic offices. Seize the opportunity to join our team in one of two pivotal roles: as an Office Manager at our established location in South San Francisco or embrace a dual role as an Office Manager & Treatment Coordinator at our brand-new facility in downtown San Francisco. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to and grow within our dynamic team environments.

  • Office Manager - Established Office in South San Francisco
  • Office Manager & Treatment Coordinator - New Facility in Downtown San Francisco

Key Details

  • Both positions are full-time.
  • Work schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (4/10 schedule).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive pay with a bonus incentive plan
    • Office Manager: Starting at $75,000 per year (Exempt)
    • Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator: Starting at $32 per hour (Non-Exempt)

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an orthodontic, pediatric or general dental practice
  • Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a diverse team.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with strong abilities in negotiation and influencing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively
  • Outgoing and socially poised; accomplishes goals by working with others
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a hands-on approach to challenges

Responsibilities Include

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice to optimize clinic efficiency
  • Explain treatment options and associated costs to patients clearly and effectively
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure timely service delivery that exceeds customer expectations
  • Drive high standards of care through optimal administrative excellence, including inquiries, billing, and record-keeping
  • Implement and oversee the adherence to office policies and procedures to maintain high productivity and compliance
  • Collaborate with orthodontists, dentists and staff to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth, addressing any issues that may arise.
