Responsibilities

Data Entry: Accurately input and manage information for client files.

Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and fielding incoming client requests.

Documentation: Prepare and organize reports, memos, and other administrative documents.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for office team members and clients, providing timely and professional responses.

Office Support: Assist with client files and other administrative tasks as needed.
