We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Case Manager to join our team in our Baraboo office and be an integral part of managing our growing caseload.


As a Case Manager at Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support throughout their legal journey.

Compensation:

$17 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and overseeing a high volume of personal injury cases from inception to resolution
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing their concerns
  • Gathering and organizing case-related documents, including medical records, accident reports, and insurance information
  • Coordinating with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the case
  • Assisting attorneys with the preparation of legal documents, such as demand letters, settlement proposals, and pleadings
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate case files in the firm's case management system
  • Scheduling and facilitating client appointments, depositions, and court appearances
  • Monitoring case progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Providing administrative support to attorneys and paralegals as needed
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a case manager or similar role in a personal injury law firm, and/or customer service experience
  • Preferred: Strong knowledge of personal injury law and case management processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and empathy towards clients
  • Works well with others
