- Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and databases.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy.
- Office Management:
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Support for Teams and Departments:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with special projects, research, and data entry tasks.
- Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable.
- This position requires working in an office environment with standard office equipment.
- Occasional lifting of office supplies or equipment up to 20 pounds may be required.
