Responsibilities:

  • Arrange Travel: Assist clients in booking travel arrangements for various purposes, including business trips, sports events, vacations, weddings, and more.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer preferences, schedules, and budget constraints to tailor travel plans accordingly.
  • Tour Packages and Excursions: Plan and organize tour packages, day trips, and excursions based on client requirements.
  • Reservation Management: Book reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, and special events.
  • Documentation: Provide clients with necessary documentation, such as authorization forms, flight tickets, and theme park passes.
  • Adaptability: Be prepared to make alternative booking arrangements if changes occur before or during the trip.
Requirements:
  • Technology: Must have access to a computer and/or cell phone for communication and booking purposes.
  • Eligibility: Ability to work legally in the USA.
  • Independence: Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
