We are rapidly expanding and are looking for an experienced and professional Mortgage Closing Manager to lead our closing team. The successful applicant will have years of experience processing or closing residential mortgage loans, a background in sales, operations, or human resources management, and a track record of building exceptional teams. Compensation:

$70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Uphold high service levels for applicants by assisting in the application process, overseeing all mortgage loan closings, and satisfying post-closing tasks quickly
  • Assure future salability and quality control of residential mortgage loans and refinances by adhering to all federal and state regulations and lender underwriting guidelines
  • Review and enforce closing processes as required to maintain accurate loan files, settlement statements, and closing documents
  • Oversee attendance, recruiting, performance reviews, training, hiring, and day-to-day management of closing specialists, underwriters, and post-closing managers
  • Interface professionally with title companies, clients, real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, and mortgage lenders to ensure a successful close
Qualifications:
  • Preference will be given to active notary and NMLS licensees
  • Familiarity with lending industry trends and various mortgage products such as USDA, FHA, Conventional, etc is preferred
  • Superb supervision, customer service, communications, organization, and math skills are desired
  • 3-5 years of recent experience in origination, mortgage lending, mortgage banking, mortgage funding, or loan processing is required
  • Experience in human resources, sales, or as an operations manager is preferred
