The Worship Leader is responsible for helping lead the RHCC Franklin congregation in a way that is characterized by a balance of spirit and truth, blending styles and consistently reflecting the core values of RHCC.

EXPECTATIONS

- Live an exemplary life modeling the call, character, and competencies of a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

- Be a servant leader to his or her staff and teams of volunteers, the families and the overall church body.

- Grow personally in his/her own leadership and ministerial abilities by reading, attending conferences and having godly and professional mentors in his/her life.

- Be involved in the overall life of the church body by being a partner/member, actively participating in a community group, church-wide events, and functions.

- Be an excited and contributing member of the RHCC staff team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Auditions and schedules musicians, vocalists and worship for Sunday morning services and various ministry functions using Planning Center Online, in conjunction with the Worship Pastor.

- Team member that participates in creative brainstorming, planning and programming of worship services and events with the Worship Arts Team.

- Assists in recruiting and training volunteer support for various needs in the Worship Arts Team.

- Assist in networking and discipleship efforts among worship community.

- Work alongside Worship Pastor and Tech Director to ensure series to series set design creative ideas are planned and executed.

- Serve on the Worship Team for Sunday services 3-4 times, monthly. The majority of those weekends will be at the Franklin Campus.

- Participate in the planning and creative process of Worship Arts events (such as Worship Nights, Sounds of Christmas, etc) in collaboration with the Worship Arts team. 

- Assist in programming, scheduling for, and leading worship for adult ministry events as able and needed. 

- Attend and participate in all staff meetings, creative meetings, programming meetings and production meetings.

- Assist in spiritual growth, shepherding and discipleship of Worship Arts volunteers, and interns/residents.

- Assist in developing and executing Sunday morning worship services

- Additional responsibilities as determined by the Central Worship Arts Director or Executive Pastor.
