What You'll Do:

  • Be the Backbone: Coordinate and schedule exciting training sessions, webinars, and support programs that empower our clients and team members.
  • Engage with People: Be the go-to person for participants, ensuring they're informed and ready to excel in every session.
  • Create Impact: Assist in preparing and distributing impactful training materials that drive learning and development.
  • Measure Success: Track attendance and feedback, helping us fine-tune our programs for even greater impact.
  • Problem-Solve: Tackle challenges head-on, ensuring every session runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Keep Us Organized: Maintain our training calendar and records, keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Innovate: Contribute your ideas to continuously improve our processes and the experience for all involved.
  • Support Our Members: Be the first line of support for our members, responding to HR compliance and compensation inquiries with confidence and clarity.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with our member support team to provide exceptional service, stepping in to support your colleagues whenever needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a bonus
  • Experience in a support or administrative role - if you've worked in training or operations, even better.
  • Superb organizational skills and a laser-focused attention to detail.
  • Stellar communication abilities - you're a people person who can convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Tech-savvy, especially with MS Office Suite, and if you're familiar with learning management systems (LMS), that's a huge plus.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving problems and making things better.
