The People Operations Clerk is a part-time 30 hours a week (6 hours a day – 5 days a week) with dotted line reporting to Sr. Accountant, Finance. The People Operations Clerk will be responsible for answering incoming calls for Creative Child Care, Inc., filing, Apple iPad maintenance, People Operations projects, and company purchasing.

 

This position requires daily use of a copier, telephone, computer, and general office equipment, as needed. This position may require a handcart to transport documents and equipment over 20 pounds (i.e., Laptop, computer, projector, reference manuals, solicitation documents). The incumbent must be committed to maintaining a working environment free from discrimination and sexual harassment. This position requires regular, consistent, predictable attendance, good working habits, and adherence to all agency policies and procedures. 

Compensation:

$19 - $20 DOQ/DOE

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and transfer calls as needed
  • iPad maintenance (create IDs, upload required apps, & service iPads as needed)
  • People Operations daily filing
  • People Operations projects as required
  • Company purchasing (through Amazon, complete supporting paperwork)
  • All other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience: Early Learning and Development

  • Associate degree preferred, college education desired
  • 2-5 Administrative experience
  • 1 – 2 years of HR Clerk experience desired
  • Strong written communication skills with a demonstrated high level of professionalism
  • Bilingual Preferred
