We specialize in residential and commercial real estate. This internship provides valuable experience and a chance to enhance your skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Gather and clean real estate data from multiple sources including listings, market reports, and public records for analysis.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, demographics, and insights that can inform real estate investment decisions.
- Risk Assessment: Analyze factors affecting real estate risk such as location, economic indicators, and market volatility to assist in risk management strategies.
- Collaborate on projects to optimize real estate portfolios through data-driven investment strategies and asset allocation.
