Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client engagements with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on tax-related matters and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Resolve complex accounting challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in public accounting.
  • Active CPA license or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software, including QuickBooks and Lacerte Tax Software.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position with a standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
