Theatre Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a Theatre Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our theatre services.

• Develop and implement plans to improve theatre efficiency and reduce waiting times
• Work closely with theatre staff and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of theatre services and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Provide leadership and guidance to theatre staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care

• Full and specialist registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
• Experience of working in a theatre environment and knowledge of theatre operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and tools
