Position Summary:


The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing will work closely with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and the Home office team to ensure the highest level of Sales and Marketing support is provided, financial wellbeing of each community is reached, and business goals are met in accordance with state and government regulations along with Oaks Senior Living, LLC policies and procedures. The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing primary focus is to elevate Oaks sales, marketing and branding and providing hands-on support, guidance and coaching to all communities, with an emphasis on building and maintaining the culture established by the CEO of Oaks Senior Living, LLC.


Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Review and approve all digital advertising campaigns & billing
  2. Review and approve all social medial posts & blogs from Digital Marketing Agency
  3. HubSpot Management and Email Campaign oversight
  4. Review Website content and request updates to managing partner
  5. Manage and update Google my Business & BING portals, content & respond to reviews
  6. Manage community posted social media posts and respond to negative comments
  7. Manage photography & video creation for each community
  8. Marketing collateral design, updates and ordering
  9. Assist CRD’s and DOO’s with print advertising campaigns
  10. Review partnership results and new initiatives with Digital Marketing Agency
  11. Approval of all advertising designs, promotional items and invoices from Design & Print Agency
  12. Online chat & call center oversight
  13. Competitive analysis for new market studies
  14. Review each community’s competitive analysis to evaluate and determine price increases
  15. Support DOO’s with new CRD interviews
  16. Schedule training for new CRDs and ensure training is complete
  17. Development and execution of ongoing sales training
  18. Attend community census growth calls & monthly/quarterly CRD call
  19. Assist with new community openings, Sales Trailer Set Up-signage, furnishing and décor, supplies, collateral.
  20. Produce and distribute Press release for new projects & events
  21. Coordinate Groundbreaking Ceremony for new projects
  22. Manage organizational partnerships with referral agencies, monitor portal content, review lead quality, grow relationships, dispute move-ins
  23. Manage and update CRM
  24. Integrate PCC leads into HubSpot – monthly
  25. Manage Corporate Sponsorships
  26. Review each community’s quarterly Marketing Plan
  27. Other duties as assigned to the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing

Reports to: Vice President of Sales and Marketing


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree and minimum five years management or leadership in sales and marketing of long-term care

2. Must reside in the South Carolina

3.Maintain knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to assisted living

4. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Strong customer service skills

5. Proven business acumen

6. Ability to interact and build relationships with older adults/desire to work with older adults

7. Must be 21 years of age. Must have a satisfactory criminal history and fingerprint check

8. Must have physical exam by a licensed physician/Must have a negative drug screen

9. Must be available and able to react in an emergency

Physical Job Requirements:

To fulfill job requirements, employee must be able to perform key physical task for extended periods of time. Proper body mechanics and safety measures as prescribed by Oaks Senior Living, LLC must be adhered to. In a typical eight- hour day, employee may:

  1. Sit up to eight hours a day
  2. Support up to 70 pounds
  3. Lift/carry up to 50 pounds
  4. Frequently kneel, bend, and reach
  5. Stand/walk up to eight hours a day
  6. Frequently drive several hours a day
  7. Frequently fly and travel when needed
