This outpatient physical therapy opportunity prioritizes one-on-one patient care, provides a diverse population, and has the opportunity for career growth with great benefits. This is hybrid position, both a front desk position and a client care specialist. All employees will be trained to work with patients doing exercises and in the use of modalities for treatment, as well as be expected to clean the office.

We are looking for a full time employee to work as both a front desk and a client care specialist in our physical therapy office(40 hours/week; part time applicants will also be considered). We look forward to interviewing all qualified candidates.

We want to see our staff grow into excellent professionals, so we take extra time to mentor through in-services and offer access to Fyzical’s national education division teaching therapists advanced techniques in Vestibular, Manual Orthopedic therapy, Pelvic Health, and more.

  • Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed; answering phone calls, filing and sending fax, scheduling patients, submitting and auditing authorizations, checking patient eligibility
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the office and restroom
  • Create a safe, fun, and hope-filled environment 
Required Skills
