Responsibilities:


  1. Lead Generation:
    • Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to identify and engage potential customers.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective lead generation strategies.
    • Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the dealership's reach.
  2. Lead Qualification:
    • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the customer's requirements.
    • Qualify leads based on budget, preferences, and timelines.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-up.
    • Provide information about available vehicles, promotions, and financing options.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaboration with Sales Team:
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
    • Provide relevant information and insights to assist the sales team in closing deals.
    • Attend regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
