Responsibilities
  • Customer Assistance: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and offering solutions.
  • Inbound Calls: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, demonstrating patience and empathy with each interaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across departments.

Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Empathy and Patience: Ability to listen attentively to customer concerns and demonstrate empathy and patience in resolving issues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to analyze problems and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Property & Casualty license is required or willing to obain.
