As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer specializing in MLOps, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our machine learning operations across the company. Your work will be crucial in enabling efficient development, deployment, and scaling of ML models that power our search, discovery, and monetization features. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Design and implement robust MLOps infrastructure to support our growing ML ecosystem 
  2. Develop and maintain ML CI/CD pipelines for seamless model deployment and updates 
  3. Create and manage a Feature Store for efficient feature engineering and sharing across teams 
  4. Implement monitoring and observability solutions for ML models in production 
  5. Optimize ML workflows for scalability and performance 
  6. Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to streamline the ML lifecycle 
  7. Establish best practices for ML model versioning, experiment tracking, and reproducibility 
  8. Automate model retraining and evaluation processes 


Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or software engineering 
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) 
  • Expertise in MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) 
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) 
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and their ML services 
  • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and big data technologies 
  • Experience building and maintaining large-scale, production-grade ML systems 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in the job search or recruitment industry 
  • Familiarity with search algorithms and recommendation systems 
  • Contributions to open-source MLOps projects 
  • Experience with real-time feature engineering and online learning systems
